This year’s season reaffirmed the values of collaboration and community with afternoons spent away from offices and screens.

At the heart of our achievements lie teamwork and unity, and this year’s Team Building season was an incredible celebration of that ethos. Over the course of two months, we brought together teams from all our development centers for a truly unique series of experiences. From solidarity initiatives to physical, mental and creative challenges, a diverse range of activities provided the perfect opportunity to reconnect, recharge and strengthen what truly unites us: our collective spirit.

This time around, #TheNextLevel team took on challenges of all shapes and sizes, designed to spark creativity and some friendly competition:
  • F1 Car project: From concept to racetrack, the participants designed, built and raced their own Formula 1 cars in a Grand Prix showdown;
  • River adventures: Paddleboarding, canoeing and pedal boats: a full-on outdoor experience that brought adrenaline and laughs;
  • Gincana Mystery games: A series of problem-solving challenges where their communication, coordination and strategy were put to the test;
  • “The Recruit” simulation: Following the leader’s command, teams faced all missions in true squad style;

  • Doghouse building - With special supervision from our four-legged friends;

  • Banzai Games All five senses were challenged in a fast-paced race against the clock.

These shared moments not only strengthened bonds but also enriched the positive culture we have proudly nurtured throughout our 20-year journey. Experiences like these foster new connections and show us why collaboration and communication matter so much, especially beyond office walls and screens.

This dedication to employee well-being and community spirit remains a cornerstone of what makes ITSector a vibrant, inclusive and supportive workplace.
