Held on October 30, our Open Day brought together emerging talent and the innovative spirit that drives us. Participants were invited to step behind the scenes of a leading tech company in the national market and discover how we bring our culture and values to life across our teams, projects, and collaborative workplace.
The afternoon began with a welcome session from members of our Management Team and Talent Acquisition, followed by a pitch session where our experts shared their professional journeys and explored some of the projects that they are developing at ITSector.
Throughout the session, participants joined open conversations about the technical and soft skills most valued in the field, interview experiences, and the learning paths available within our Academies. They also discussed how the company supports young professionals as they take their first steps in tech.
Adding to the experience, interactive group challenges promoted teamwork and dialogue, giving participants a realistic insight into the dynamics of the industry. The event concluded with a networking coffee break, providing an opportunity to exchange ideas, explore open opportunities, and share feedback on the initiative through a fun closing activity.
