As we look ahead, we continue to reinforce our leadership in Portugal while accelerating our international strategy, including our expansion into Latin America with the support of the Alten Group. In parallel, we are deepening our capabilities in domains such as artificial intelligence, laying the groundwork for the next stage of our evolution and reaffirming the forward-thinking mindset that defines us.
This sustained investment in innovation and strategic development has also led to international recognition. ITSector was honoured with a Finovate Award in the category “Best Customer Experience Solution” for the Melhor Site Empresas (MSE) project - a distinction that underscores our ability to deliver impactful, user-centred solutions and further consolidates our role as a reliable digital partner for banks and credit unions.
Beyond this external acknowledgement, 2025 was equally defined by important developments within the organisation, reinforcing our continued evolution with focus and impact. These included the launch of ISA, our internal chatbot designed to simplify access to information, assist with process-related queries and efficiently route requests, as well as the creation of the ITSector Tech Hub – a set of internal communities that foster knowledge-sharing, encourage dialogue around emerging technologies and promote the exchange of challenges and solutions across projects.
All these achievements were complemented by key moments of celebration and connection. Our annual Kick-Off, held on April 4 at Real Companhia Velha, offered a moment to pause and recognise this remarkable journey. The evening brought together colleagues in an atmosphere marked by unity, pride and excitement for what lies ahead. More than a shared occasion, it highlighted the strong identity we have built together and the community that continues to drive us forward.
That spirit of togetherness was further renewed during one of the year’s most memorable moments: our Family Fest, held on September 20. Under the theme “20 Summers Later”, this edition once again commemorated two decades of our journey, this time in a relaxed and joyful setting, bringing our people and their families together for an afternoon of activities, music and entertainment.
