After a first stage that brought good cheer to the Development Centres in the north, the Happy Days on Tour hit the road again for its second and final route. This time, the destination was the central region, with stops at our offices in Aveiro, Castelo Branco and Lisbon - three days marked by dynamism, team spirit and those much-awaited reunions between colleagues.
The purpose remained true to the heart of the initiative: turning a working day into something a little different - with small pauses to unwind - and giving colleagues the chance to reconnect and create new memories along the way. Just like in the first route, each stop brought a mix of games and group activities designed to spark creativity, quick thinking and collaboration. And naturally, we ended each day with the tradition that has become the tour’s hallmark: our Happy Hours, the perfect way to wrap up a day full of energy and good moments.
With this second route, we officially conclude this year’s edition of Happy Days on Tour. We covered many kilometres, brought together multiple teams, and shared a series of moments that reinforced what unites us. Once again, it proved that even in the rush of everyday life, there is always room to laugh, reconnect and strengthen relationships.
