2025: a year in review

2025 stands as a defining chapter in ITSector’s journey - a year guided by strategic growth, long-term vision and the strength of a united team. More than a collection of milestones, it was a year in which business ambition and organisational culture moved forward in clear alignment.

From a business perspective, 2025 was marked by evolution, consolidation and expansion. Celebrating 20 years of ITSector highlighted the path built since 2005: two decades dedicated to delivering solutions that support the digital transformation of the financial sector.

Our trajectory continued to evolve with international expansion into Mexico, consolidating ITSector’s position within the global landscape. This step reflected our readiness to address increasingly complex client needs and solidified the confidence placed in our expertise. Our teams consistently translated a well-defined vision into tangible impact, delivering with rigour and purpose across markets and projects.

Parallel to that, this was also a year of investment in knowledge and people. We deepened our commitment to continuous learning through a broad range of training and awareness initiatives, spanning areas such as DevOps, technical analysis, conflict management, responsible consumption, sustainability, wellbeing and communication. Ultimately, these moments opened space for reflection, dialogue and skill development.

Yet our impact extended beyond business outcomes. Our commitment to social and environmental causes remained a constant. Through initiatives such as tree-planting, blood donation campaigns, cardiovascular screenings and solidarity contributions, we continued to turn our values into concrete actions - reaffirming our belief that caring for others always leaves its mark on our work, far beyond the code itself.

Equally meaningful were the moments that brought us together as a community. The year began with our Kick-Off, the company’s largest and most anticipated event, gathering the entire team for an evening defined by celebration and unity. This spirit extended across a rich calendar of internal initiatives:
  • Family Fest: brought colleagues and their families together for a sunset filled with activities for all ages and entertainment;
  • Sports Day: a morning dedicated to sport and wellbeing, that encouraged our teams to push their limits and stay active;
  • Happy Days on Tour: which travelled from north to centre across six dates, adding a dynamic twist to a typical workday at our Development Centres, followed by a Happy Hour.
  • Team Building: a series of events centred on experiences that reinforced collaboration and created good memories away from screens and projects.

And of course, our Flash Contests added colour and energy to everyday routines, turning small challenges into moments of fun and friendly competition. From summer festival tickets and a trip of choice to back-to-school vouchers for the youngest members of our teams’ families, these initiatives helped nurture motivation, inclusion and a strong sense of belonging.

Looking back on 2025, what stands out most is the balance achieved between ambition and togetherness, growth and culture. With gratitude for everyone who made this journey possible, we now turn our focus to what lies ahead. 2026 starts with renewed ambition, clear purpose and the confidence to keep transforming the future, alongside our stakeholders.
